Sorry for the long delay! I haven't gotten in any new toys for a while but I'M BACK!
What I want to introduce today is iGear Toys' PP01 Faith Leader 2nd edition. Little bit about iGear, they are a fan inspired toy manufacturer that improves amongst whatever toy they are interested in thus the smaller version of Optimus Prime from Transformers.
It stands about 6 inches tall and can transform into a semi-truck just like other versions. It runs for about $150 including shipping on Ebay. The box also came with a lot of goodies:
2nd PP01 Faith Leader
Contain:
PP01 toys×1
Cloak for PP01×1
Orion Pax head with Base×1
Megatron head with Base×1
Laser ax×1
Big gun×1
Big gun for Classic Prime×1
Small P.38 gun×1
Character card×1
Manual×1
My thoughts about the PP01.
Pros: Lightweight, very flexible, sturdy material (although does not feel like it), reattachable parts, very detailed, came with a lot of attachments
Cons: Feels cheap and flimsy, very hard to figure out how to transform (required the help of Youtube), some parts fall off easily (but reattachable), not many mods available (I do not know of any but my gut tells me there will be)
Here is one fully dressed up with a cape and 2 guns. No Deceptacon will want to mess with that Autobot. Brings back old memories when I opened the box, even a little bit of Beasties (Beast Wars in the US.)
Quote from Optimus Prime from Beasties "OPTIMUS PRIME MAXIMIZE!"

Hasbro Star Wars Anakin Skywalker FX Lighbtsaber with Removeable Blade
Hello Everybody!
This is my first blog. I would like to blog about new toys & collectibles and tell you as much as I can about them. My first toy/collectible review is on Hasbro Signature collection's Star Wars Anakin Skywalker FX Lightsaber with Removeable Blade.
It comes in a nicely designed black box with Styrofoam supports inside. What you get inside the box contains:
- Anakin Skywalker Episode III lightsaber
- Black display stand
- 2 display uprights
- Belt clip (so you can carry it by your side at all times like a real Jedi/Sith)
- Some weird cap thing
weird cap thing is left of the belt clip and above the yellow/green upright |

My first impressions of the blade are the hilt's weight and design. It is made of very strudy and heavy material, then again 3 X AAA's might have caused that or my lack of muscular strength but the battery cover which is on the bottom of the hilt holds the battery holder and you must remove the big screw to put in batteries not the 3 small screws on top, the instruction arrow points the wrong way. (Note to self need to start weight training to be more fit to be a Jedi/Sith). The blade glows in a nice royal blue colour but blade lights up fairly slowly but still fast but just not as fast as the movies and retracts the same way. I've also noticed the lightsaber has a power saving option, if you leave the blade idle for too long it shuts off.

Another thing is the lightsaber sound, it has all the sounds just like the movies from swinging of the blade, idle hum, and blade clashing. Too bad you can't use the blade to duel someone else even though the blade seems pretty sturdy. Also a nice touch to the whole package is a display stand, pretty thoughtful of Hasbro to include it so you can display the hilt as a fine piece of art like a Samurai sword and the blade is removable too for your convenience, especially when you are cosplaying.
If you would like to see more/hear more about this lightsaber please feel free to leave a comment and I will try my best to accommodate. Hope you enjoyed my first review. MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!
